ASUS continues to actively expand diversified communication channels to enhance employee relations. By holding regular communication activities, employee opinion mailbox and employee engagement surveys, we build the transparent communication between ASUS and employees, and their suggestions are used as the driving force for improvements to safeguard the rights and interests of each employee.

Employee Engagement Survey

Since 2022, ASUS Headquarters has conducted the Employee Engagement Survey to actively listen to employees, understand their work experiences, and continuously improve the work environment. Between 2022 and 2023, the company used survey insights to strengthen two-way communication, reinforce corporate values, and enhance the compensation structure and employee stock ownership program, laying a solid foundation for a culture of radical truth.

In 2025, ASUS extended the survey to a global scale for the first time. Led by the Human Resources Center and executed in collaboration with Qualtrics, the survey reached 15,615 employees worldwide (with a 57% response rate and over 8,800 valid responses).

The overall employee engagement score was 68%, with most employees expressing trust in the company’s vision and leadership team and strong alignment with their job responsibilities reflecting a healthy organizational culture and a deepening sense of team cohesion.

Based on the results, ASUS has identified two key focus areas to further enhance the employee experience and create a workplace built on trust and transparency

  • Career Development: Build a structured career development framework to help employees plan their growth paths and support their long-term development goals.
  • Truthful and Transparent Communication: Establish a cross-functional task force to encourage open dialogue, improve information transparency, and strengthen collaboration across teams.
